  I don't think that there is a worse ran restaurant on this side of the Ohio river. Don't know why we keep trying to eat here. Love bob Evans, hate this place.

  This place is super slow, and the manager today smelled like pot, and was so stoned I think that he had the whole place moving at a snail's pace. We said something to him about the poor customer service, and he just smiled, like he was somewhere else. I understand it's food service, but at least be sober and polite. I would avoid this place, one more exit up is another one at Hoke Rd.

  Boyfriend and I heard the Bob Evans in Troy is dirty, so we decided to make the extra trip and go to the one in Englewood. We thought all was good. Drinks came out early and our server was ok but really looked like she had a hangover. We waited about 30 minutes just for a Veggie Omelette and two pancakes....we weren't very happy. There was no one there except for us and some other couple that got there after us and they got their food first. Make any sense to you?

  Service had continuously gone downhill at this location. Showed up on a Monday morning, waited for 15 minutes even with half the restaurant empty. After sitting, it took almost 20 minutes to order drinks (normally I would have left, but the kids refused), and another 15 until we ordered food . Food was good, but until this location figures out staying issues I would go to another location.
